  1. Mobile App for NCD

    I have used AWS prior to migrating to NaviSite and one feature I really appreciated in AWS was the ability to manage the environment easily from a mobile App. I know that NCD is browser based and I can do this from my phone, but having an App built specifically for mobile has a much better UI and experience.

  2. Service Dashboard Status - Zerto

    The NaviSite team does a great job of communicating scheduled and unplanned maintenances. However it's not uncommon for our helpdesk to receive a ticket relating to a Zerto issue and we have to determine whether or not the issue is on the customer or NaviSite side. While this is part of the troubleshooting process, if there was a portal that displayed the status of the ZVM and VRAs in each datacenter, that would be a helpful tool. If a customer was experiencing issues, we could refer to the dashboard and if if there are any known issues. If there are,…

  3. Expanded journal in Zerto

    I may be missing something, but there is no means to "Contact Support".
