NCD – Demo Account Guidelines and Limitations
Navisite Cloud Director (NCD) demonstration accounts are available to current and prospective customers.
Demo accounts do not offer the management services available in production accounts. Demo accounts also necessarily differ from production accounts in their resource allocations, feature breadth, and functional capabilities -- as summarized in the following table:

Demo Account Guideline Notes
In addition to the information provided above, please note the following regarding NCD demo accounts:
- Customer demo
accounts do not include any functionality that requires manual intervention
from Navisite personnel. This limitation is necessary for reasons of scaling.
- Production accounts
can do anything, receive full support, can be cancelled any time, and cost the customer nothing if not used. A customer can create a test
environment with full support for minimal cost. In most scenarios, a
production account will meet the customer’s demo requirements with minimal costs.
