NCD – Contacting Support
Contact Navisite Cloud Director Support by selecting "Contact Support" from the header in the upper right corner of any NCD page.
Note: Your user account must be associated with an account contact in order to contact Navisite Cloud Director Support. If your user account has no associated contact, the "Contact Support" option is unavailable.
Support items entered through the application's "Contact Support" dialog include (in the background) a click trail of the last ten clicked elements. Specify your issue in the free text entry form and click Send Message to submit the ticket.
