NCD – Recovering Forgotten Usernames or Passwords

From the Navisite Cloud Director login screen, click the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" link.  Note: To employ either the username or password recovery feature you need access to the email address specified in your Navisite Cloud Director user definition.

After submitting the "Forgot Username" form, you will receive an email that lists all Navisite Cloud Director accounts associated with your email address.

After submitting the "Forgot Password" form, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to reset the password to the specified account.

The system enforces password complexity rules.
