Viewing Service Level Descriptions (SLDs)

Proximity allows you to view Service Level Description (SLD) documents for Navisite products. SLDs are listed on the "Service Level Descriptions" tab of the Proximity Documents page. To view Navisite's SLDs:
  1. Click Documents in the Proximity navigation pane at the left side of the page.

  2. Select the "Service Level Descriptions" tab.


  3. To view a PDF version of an SLD document, click VIEW PDF in the desired document's table row. The .pdf file is displayed in a separate browser window.

Filtering and Searching the List

By default, the list displays all Navisite SLDs. To filter the list according to Product Family, click the drop-down list in the upper right corner of the "Service Level Descriptions" tab, and select the desired product family from the list. Navisite product families include:
  • Cloud Computing
  • Compliance
  • Managed Applications
  • Managed Hosting
  • Managed Messaging
  • NaviCloud
To perform a real-time search on the SLD list, enter the desired search terms in the "search" field above the list. Proximity automatically filters the displayed list based on your entered search terms. You can search and filter the list based on any of the displayed column values in the list.

Displaying/Hiding SLD List Columns

To display or hide columns in the SLD list, click the Select Table Columns icon above the list. The Select Table Columns pop-up window appears.


Click to select or deselect the desired table column names for the displayed list, and click SET COLUMNS to change the list display.
